One such instance was in March, 2011 at the Superior Court of Washington, D.C., Probate Division before Rhoda Reid Winston, re: the Estate of Winfred L. Farmer v J. L. Farmer.

Excerpt from Judge Winston’s order: Beverley East offered by Plaintiff and received by the Court as an expert in handwriting analysis. Her opinion acknowledged that illness can affect one’s signature.

Another matter in favor of her client was awarded before Judge Campbell, April 2014.

Another matter in favor of her client was awarded in the Superior Court of DC., Probate Division before Judge Erik P. Christian in 2015.

Another matter was before Judge Anderson in P.G  Curcit county court in 2017.

In October 2018 a matter was settled before Honorable Justice Vasheist Kokoram: Trinidad & Tobago

“Thank you for the report previously submitted to the Registrant. Your contribution has been invaluable so much so that the parties have arrived at a settlement in this matter. The agreement was received by the court today (October 23, 2018) In these circumstances the court thanks you for your report and kind patience. Please note the trial date has been vacated and the matter is now completed”
